Entertainment Update:

There will be live music Saturday night by Rockin’ Ricky Peters & The Night Owls, and dinner will be served by Leb’s Grill.

The Wild Woody is a bike race part of the Virginia Championship Harescramble Series (VCHSS) and the series is sanctioned by the AMA.

The 2010 race will be the 5th annual race and has been a hit so far. The track consists of various terrain and is 8.5 miles long. We run all classes at this race and it is open to the general public. The race will take place on the Sunday after Labor Day weekend (September 12). If you are camping, it is highly recommended to get to the site early in the day on Saturday to get a good spot, as this is a big event. The race is hosted by cousins Jeff Woody & Joey Woody and is hosted at 550 Woody Lane, in Rocky Mount Virginia in the Sontag community. Campers can come after noon on Saturday, there is plenty of space available. If you have any questions, comments, problems, etc please feel free to comment us.
